The fee is taken on the pre-tax subtotal wherever the payment provider allows it to be calculated that way, so you are not paying a percentage of somebody else's VAT.
You are the payee on every order. Funds settle to your Stripe or PayPal account on your provider's normal schedule; our 2% is collected as a platform fee rather than routed through us.
Nothing. The store stays up, your catalog stays intact, and you are not billed.
No. Delivery automation, refund revocation, the audit log, exports, staff accounts and integration health are all included at 2%. If a paid operator tier ever exists, the transaction fee stays 2% and we will say plainly what moves.
Disputes are between you and your payment provider, on your own account, at their fee schedule. GNC reverses the delivery side — the entitlement, the Discord role, the in-game grant — and returns its own fee.
